Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides restoration services for home and commercial properties due to damage from water, fire, mold, storms, and more. Ryan Watson of the Fort Worth franchise has supported and sponsored the local Dallas-Fort Worth fundraiser for Sacred Selections for the last several years. Each year, the Watson family brings friends and family to the fundraiser to join in the kingdom work of supporting families who open their homes to children through adoption.
Ryan heard about the Bosun Gives program for recruitment and staffing through Sacred Selections events and social media. Bosun donates a percentage of staffing fees from clients who participate in this program to Sacred Selections as a Percentage of Proceeds Sponsor. Knowing that a portion of the fee he would pay to Bosun would also support Sacred Selections, he decided to utilize Bosun to expand his sales team. Hiring for sales had been a consistent struggle for his location, so he reached out to owner Nicole Grinnell, looking forward to working with a company that was owned by a Christian with a godly mindset. It wasn’t until much later that Ryan met Nicole in Fort Worth and made the connection that she is the daughter of David & Dana Carrozza!
Bosun Solutions worked quickly and effectively to support the needs of the team at Paul Davis Restoration Fort Worth. Their new salesperson is incredible at her job, and also came to the team with a personality and culture that aligns with Ryan’s whole staff.
Ryan’s Fort Worth office now works with Bosun for another of their services – fractional roles – which has increased their overall efficiency, supporting their growing business. It wasn’t long before other franchise locations saw the effectiveness of Ryan’s team and reached out to ask what helped them be so successful in recruiting and hiring. According to Ryan, staffing services are not typically popular in his sector, but the pricing model and services provided by Bosun have been clear with excellent follow-through. After several other locations began working with Bosun, Ryan approached Nicole about the possibility of becoming an official global vendor of staffing and recruitment for Paul Davis Restoration franchises. Now officially established, this new partnership is an exciting development for Bosun Solutions and we know it will be a benefit to Paul Davis Restoration USA, as well.
Ryan says, “Nicole just gets it and is in touch with today’s workforce. She even coached me about how the sales industry is going to help me be more successful in working with our new hire. It’s been a great relationship.”
