Charles “Chuck” Clower

Mr. Clower passed away January 23, 2022, in Tyler. He was born September 6, 1960, in Grand Saline, to Harold Glenn & Ruby Jewel Bateman Clower. He was a lifelong resident of Grand Saline and a member of Fruitvale Church of Christ. He had owned/operated PM Services for 13 years, worked for JGM Cleaning, Glenn’s Automotive, Morton Salt, and drove a truck for Averitt Express. He had worked as a pool tech for Summerlin Pool Services for the past 8 months. Chuck is preceded in death by his father, Glenn Clower; in-laws, Carl Ray & Lynda McFerren.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Elizabeth Clower of Grand Saline; mother, Ruby Clower of Grand Saline; son, Andy Clower and wife Jessi of Laveen, AZ; two daughters, Abby Self and husband Josh of Grand Saline, and Avery Byrum of Grand Saline; three sisters, Candy Jo Byrum of Grand Saline, Joanie Mayne and husband Jody of Grand Saline, Jonna Dail and husband James of Ft. Worth; four grandchildren, Ella Clower, Henry Clower, Mason Self, and Maddox Self; and numerous other relatives and friends.
